I decided to do a vintage style card for my project. I took a sheet of Pink Paislee Hope Chest paper from my June Nesting Components kit for my base, first embossing a subtle music note pattern taken from the Text Melange Cling Stamp set with Lindy's Stamp Gang Orbit Green Gold embossing powder. I then used Spiced Marmelade Distress ink to build up some colors and depth on the paper. From the same Text Melange set I stamped the postmark in Black Soot Distress ink and the script stamp in Walnut Stain Distress Ink, building up lots of layers and movement. Finally I added silver star rub ons from the Pink Paislee Luxe rubon set included in the July Nesting Components kit.
The vintage image is from the Angel Clip Art sheet. I added lots of flowers lace and pearls from my stash.
Finally I stamped the great saying from the Stars Cling Stamp set.
