For this challenge at Sugar Creek Hollow, we are sponsored by A Day for Daisies. They make some gorgeous digi images! When I saw this ballerina I just knew I had to use it for a card for my ballerina daughter!! I even gave her a hint of red hair, like my daughter! I am still new to coloring images. I don't own Copics or pencils, so I used some shimmery watercolor paints I had.
I recently won some Donna Salazar Natural Beauty 6 x 6 papers so I chose one of those for my pink woodgrain base. I used some lace I had, the Spellbinders Labels 4 die for my image, and lots of flowers from my stash. I punched 3 butterflies with my Martha Stewart Monarch Butterfly punch and added some Couture Creations Pearls to them.
I hope you will come over to play along with us at Sugar Creek Hollow, you will be in with a chance to win some of these gorgeous images for yourself!!
